Packages are generally non-transferable to preserve client hygiene and service history. Exceptions may be considered with prior approval and documentation; contact us to discuss gifting or transferring options before attempting to transfer.
We cannot trim over irritated, sunburned, infected, or open skin. Inform us of allergies, recent procedures, or active dermatological conditions. Pregnant clients may receive trimming but should consult their healthcare provider if they have concerns.
Arrive clean and avoid heavy lotions. Do not shave, wax, or use chemical hair removers immediately before trimming. Light exfoliation 24–48 hours prior can help; leaving some natural hair length allows the technician to shape effectively.
Please provide 24 to 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit a session without refund. We strive to accommodate occasional conflicts—contact the salon promptly to protect your package value.
