Appointments usually take 15–25 minutes including consultation, trimming and quick grooming checks. Exact time varies with hair density and desired length. We focus on efficient, comfortable service so you can be in and out with tidy underarms and minimal downtime.

Trimming carries minimal irritation risk when performed by professionals using clean, sharp tools. We trim, not remove roots, reducing inflammation. Inform your therapist about sensitive skin or allergies; post-trim soothing products and avoiding immediate heavy sweating help prevent redness and discomfort.

Shower and arrive with clean, dry underarms free of heavy deodorant or lotions. Allow a small amount of natural hair length—about a quarter inch—for accurate trimming. Mention skin sensitivities and any medications so your therapist can tailor technique and products accordingly.

Frequency depends on hair growth and desired look. Most men book trims every two to six weeks to maintain neatness without full removal. We'll recommend a schedule during your visit based on growth rate and personal grooming goals.

You can usually apply deodorant after trimming, but wait a few hours if skin feels warm or sensitive. Use alcohol-free, gentle products to reduce irritation. If you experience redness or stinging, skip deodorant for 24 hours and use a soothing lotion.

Trimming does not change sweat gland function, so you will still sweat normally. However, shorter hair reduces trapped bacteria and odor buildup, often making underarms feel fresher. Continue using deodorant or antiperspirant as usual; discuss concerns with your therapist.
