Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid moisturizers, heavy lotions, or recent tanning. Hair should be roughly 6 mm long for effective sugaring. Inform your technician about skin sensitivities, medications, or recent treatments for a safe, comfortable session.

Mild redness or sensitivity for a few hours is normal but usually subsides quickly. Our gentle sugar paste and expert technique minimize irritation. Use cool compresses and avoid heat, exfoliation, or tight clothing for 24–48 hours to aid recovery.

Ideally hair should be approximately 6 mm (about 1/4 inch) long so the sugar paste can grip and remove hairs from the root. Shorter hair may be missed; significantly longer hair can increase discomfort during removal.

Generally sugaring is considered safe during pregnancy since it is topical and chemical-free. Some clients experience increased sensitivity. Consult your obstetrician and inform your technician so we can adjust technique and positioning for comfort and safety.

Frequency depends on individual hair growth, typically every 4–8 weeks. With regular sugaring regrowth often slows and hair becomes finer, which can extend intervals. Your technician will recommend a personalized schedule based on results and comfort.

Sugaring removes hair from the root and regular treatments may reduce density and slow regrowth, but permanent removal is not guaranteed. Many clients see long-term reduction, though periodic maintenance sessions are common for ongoing management.
