Results typically last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles. Regular sugaring can slow regrowth and reduce density over time. Hormonal factors and personal routines influence timing, so follow-up appointments are scheduled based on your regrowth pattern.
Most clients report mild, brief discomfort. Sugaring is often gentler than waxing because the paste grips hair, not skin. Our technicians use expert technique and calming aftercare to reduce sensitivity. Avoid caffeine and tight clothing pre-appointment to minimize discomfort.
Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about a quarter inch long for optimal grip. Avoid heavy creams, recent tanning or exfoliation within 24–48 hours. Inform us of medications or skin treatments so we can tailor the session safely.
You can rinse with lukewarm water if needed, but we recommend waiting 6–12 hours and avoiding hot showers, saunas, or intense workouts for 24 hours to reduce irritation and help skin recover after treatment.
Avoid deodorants, perfumes and fragranced products on the treated area for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation. After 24–48 hours, use gentle, fragrance-free products and patch-test anything new before full application.
Contraindications include sunburned, irritated or broken skin, recent chemical peels, and recent isotretinoin use. Certain medical conditions or blood-thinning medications require consultation. Always disclose medications and concerns during booking for a safe assessment.
