We recommend scheduling sessions every four to eight weeks depending on your hair growth and skin. Most clients book every 4–6 weeks initially; spacing may increase as hair thins from repeated sugaring. We'll recommend a personalized plan during your first appointment.
Aim for about 1/4 inch of regrowth so the sugar paste can grip effectively. If hair is shorter, wait a week; if longer, we can trim before treatment. Proper length ensures the most comfortable and effective sugaring results.
Packages are usually non-transferable and tied to the original client, but Merinaz may allow exceptions with advance notice. Contact us to discuss transfers, gift options, or account credits — we’ll explain terms and any identification requirements.
Yes. With consistent sugaring the hair often becomes finer and sparser, so regrowth slows and sessions can be spaced farther apart. Results vary by individual factors, but many clients notice meaningful reduction after several treatments.
Avoid sun exposure, hot baths, exfoliation, and heavy creams for 24–48 hours after treatment. Apply a soothing, fragrance-free moisturizer and wear breathable fabrics. Follow any personalized aftercare instructions from your Merinaz technician to protect skin and prolong smoothness.
Active sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, certain skin medications, or skin infections may prevent treatment. Inform us of medical history, medications, or pregnancies during booking so we can advise suitability, adjust timing, or request a physician note if needed.
