Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid heavy lotions or recent sun exposure. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long for best results. If you have medications or skin conditions, mention them when booking.

Some redness or mild sensitivity is normal immediately after sugaring but typically subsides within 24-48 hours. Because sugaring uses natural ingredients and removes hair from the root, irritation is often less than waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth. With regular sugaring, hair often grows back finer and slower, extending intervals between sessions.

Avoid hot showers, heavy sweating, and direct sun exposure for 24-48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and exfoliate lightly after 3-5 days to help prevent ingrown hairs.

We advise against shaving between sugaring sessions since shaving cuts hair at the surface and alters regrowth. If needed, trim minimally with scissors, but avoid full shaving until recommended regrowth occurs.

Open wounds, severe sunburn, active skin infections, or recent use of topical retinoids may contraindicate sugaring. Inform us about diabetes, blood thinners, or medications so we can assess safety and adapt your treatment.
