Sessions typically take 15–30 minutes depending on hair density and client comfort. We allow time for consultation, preparation, and post-wax calming. Arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about ¼ inch long for the smoothest, quickest service.

Some discomfort is normal, but most clients find hard wax less painful than strip waxing. Technicians use quick, precise pulls and soothing techniques to minimize pain. Numbing creams can be used on request, and regular waxing often reduces sensitivity over time.

Avoid shaving for four weeks; hair should be at least ¼ inch. Exfoliate gently two days before and avoid heavy creams or tanning on appointment day. Inform us about medications or recent sun exposure to prevent complications.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for two to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual hormones. Regular waxing can lead to finer regrowth and slightly longer intervals between appointments over time.

Hard wax is gentler and designed to reduce irritation, but active sunburn, open wounds, eczema, or severe acne should be avoided. Tell your technician about any sensitivities; patch tests or alternative options may be recommended.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy exercise, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Use gentle cleansers and a cooling, alcohol-free lotion. Exfoliate lightly after 48 hours to reduce ingrown hairs and moisturize daily to maintain smooth skin.
