Appointments are typically 20–30 minutes including consultation and skin prep. Actual waxing of the chosen half arm usually takes 10–20 minutes depending on hair density and client comfort. Allow extra time for first-time clients.

Some sensation is normal, but hard wax is gentler than strip methods and reduces pulling. We use pre-wax numbing when needed, careful technique, and soothing aftercare to minimize pain and improve overall comfort during the service.

Exfoliate 48 hours before and avoid moisturizers or heavy oils on the treatment day. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for effective removal. Avoid sunburn, recent tanning, and blood-thinning medications; inform us of any skin conditions.

Yes. Hard wax reduces irritation and is effective for ingrown-prone skin. We follow protocols like proper exfoliation, careful extraction when appropriate, and antiseptic aftercare to minimize ingrowns and soothe sensitive areas.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy exercise and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing aloe or recommended calming lotion, exfoliate gently after 48 hours, and avoid tight clothing on the treated area to prevent irritation.
